You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Lakereflect.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User-Generated Content. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Lakereflect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User-Generated Content and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights.

Lakereflect reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing and payment terms.

8. Service Modifications

Lakereflect reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Lakereflect will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. You acknowledge that we may need to perform maintenance on the services, which may result in temporary interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lakereflect’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services and destroy any copies of the materials obtained from the services in your possession.
